For over 10 years I have worked to help property owners save money on their property taxes. In 2010 I started Property Tax Managers and have since helped hundreds of residential property owners save money. This year I joined forces with Alliance Tax Advisors to offer the same high level of service and expertise on commercial properties. When I’m not helping property owners save money on their property taxes, I work by special assignment for the Texas State Comptroller’s Office as an Arbitrator, settling property tax disputes between property owners and Texas County Appraisal Districts throughout the State. I believe this activity and knowledge gives me an edge when working for our clients interests.
I also provide property management on an ala carte basis, allowing property owners the choice to let us handle 100% of the issues that arise or any portion of the issues. We can only collect rents, only handle repair problems or any combination the property owners requests. This allows the property owner to do what they enjoy and we do those things the owner would rather not handle.
2011 was a great year for us and encouraged me to move full time into building Property Tax Managers to the best residentail real estate property tax related company in the area. Our goal for 2013 is to continue building our base with the many referrals from our satisfied clients, real estate agents, customers, and friends, and to help Alliance Tax Advisors by spreading the word to our many commercial property owners and investors.
